Our Assessments The Work Environment™ Assessment - Define the Job The Work Environment assesses the behaviour that is needed for successful completion of a particular job. The process allows the supervisor, incumbent, or anyone else completing the response form to focus on the behavioural demands of the job itself, NOT the behaviour of the person performing the job. If the JOB could talk, this is the way it would describe the behaviour needed. "Before using the Managing for Success tool, we used to hire based on whom we liked. Our batting average wasn't very good. Now we're using a tool that provides strong scientific evidence that creates matches when we're making these hires. The tool has been invaluable and an integral part of our support system both today and on a go forward basis."
