Rosslynn is a graduate of the Advanced Coaching Program at T-Coach Institute and is a highly skilled coach and trainer. She is certified in assessments that add extra insights and depth into behaviours, personal motivators and thought processes. With these insights, coaching clients increase their awareness of their unique strengths and blind spots. This awareness results in higher levels of confidence as they learn how to fully exploit and maximize their strengths while managing their weaknesses.
