It is a highly effective method for cultivating greater performance
through building confidence, flexibility, problem-solving and decision-making

Coaching shifts the coaching client’s thinking and challenges
his or her underlying assumptions. As a result of shifts in the
perception of oneself or the world, the person being coached will
be able to proceed with new actions.
Rosslynn is a graduate of the Advanced Coaching Program at T-Coach
Institute and is a highly skilled coach and trainer. She is certified
in assessments that add extra insights and depth into behaviours,
personal motivators and thought processes. With these insights,
coaching clients increase their awareness of their unique strengths
and blind spots. This awareness results in higher levels of confidence
as they learn how to fully exploit and maximize their strengths
while managing their weaknesses.
