"Her coaching model is simple to follow and implement. Her approach and style is very 'down to earth' and practical. I am very pleased with the results."

COMPANY PROFILE
Our Philosophy

We give people tools and skills to increase effectiveness and reduce interpersonal conflict by:
  • using reliable assessments to increase awareness of self and others
  • facilitating group discussion of personal strengths and weaknesses
  • offering personalized, on-going follow-up
Team productivity increases when individuals understand their personal work style and the styles their team members use. Understanding work styles forms the basis for:
  • identifying personal strengths and weaknesses
  • developing the skills and techniques needed to work together successfully
  • clearing up misinterpretations of other work styles
  • valuing the strengths of each work style
By improving working relationships and understanding each other, Shorwood workshops help team members return to work energized, appreciated and motivated to succeed.
