Learning about different behavioural styles is the basis to mastering the skills and techniques needed to work effectively as a team. Your team will learn how to:
  • sharpen their listening skills
  • assess their communication skills
  • practice specific techniques
  • attend to the emotional impact of their messages
  • respond to negativity and aggression
  • deal constructively with heightened emotions
At this stage, participants
  • attend a full-day, interactive team workshop to gain further insights, skills and strategies to apply to the workplace
