Acquiring and Developing Skills - Custom-Designed to Focus on Needed Skills
Learning about different behavioural styles is the basis to mastering the skills and techniques needed to work
effectively as a team. Your team will learn how to:
- sharpen their listening skills
- assess their communication skills
- practice specific techniques
- attend to the emotional impact of their messages
- respond to negativity and aggression
- deal constructively with heightened emotions
At this stage, participants
- attend a full-day, interactive team workshop to gain further insights, skills and strategies to apply to the workplace
